April

April moved to Colorado from California 7 years ago. She was a full-time pet sitter for 4.5 years before volunteering at the Moms and Mutts Colorado Rescue for Pregnant and Nursing dogs. April began working for the rescue full-time in 2020, where she trained as a medical director and helped canine mothers and their puppies. She went on to assist in transporting moms and pups to Colorado from Texas and Oklahoma. April’s experiences with pet sitting and with the MAMCO rescue revealed a passion for working with dogs and cats, which led her to Goldsmith in 2022.
